DJ Craze and Ape Drums are heading to Australia to celebrate Slow Roast Records 5th birthday!

Slow Roast Records is served up by the legendary DJ Craze and Kill The Noise. Originally started as a passion project between the two long time DJs, Slow Roast Records has slowly but surely evolved into its own monster. Kanye West tour DJ, 3 times DMC Champion, Time Magazines ‘Best American DJ’ and label owner, DJ Craze isn’t one to settle with just ok. From Jamaica to Australia, Japan to Nicaragua, Craze has toured the world over, stunning audiences and DJs alike with his top-notch showmanship, and masterfully unique blend of rap, dubstep, and Miami bass. So when someone asks you, ‘Whatchu know about DJ Craze?”, feel free to let them know a thing or two.

Ape Drums’ unique dancehall rhythms mixed with big room sounds have already garnered support from some of the world’s top DJs. His tracks have received heavy rotation from the likes of Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Kill The Noise and Flosstradamus to name a few. As a veteran of the dance world, he started DJing/producing at 15 and was involved with his high school dance crew. His breakout single “Worl’ Boss” Ft. Vybz Kartel set the music industry on fire with its addictive rhythms and instantly became a hit. 2013 was a solid year for Ape Drums, releasing both remixes and originals on Dim Mak, Mad Decent, and Slow Roast. There’s no telling what heights this Houston native will reach next.
